PN Kitchen Manager – Management of kitchen at PNCSS by preparing food for all PNCSS day centers. Ensuring USDA regulations related to production, preparation, storage of food and supplies and posting menus in appropriate locations are followed.
Kitchen Aide – Assist the Kitchen Manager with meal preparation, cleaning, transporting and serving meals at other facilities as needed.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least twenty-one years of age
CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Valid Driver’s License
• CACFP Special Nutrition Programs Certificate (Kitchen Manager)
• Serve Safe Certificate (Kitchen Manager)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
PERFORMANCE SKILLS:
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Competent and grammatically correct use of the English language
