Provide supervision & leadership for the Residential Waiver Program; resolving day-to-day issues/concerns/grievances, provide leadership and guidance for site supervisors and ensuring the compliance and continuance of overall services as outlined in the Person Centered Service Plans (PCSP).

Education and/or Experience:
• 30 hours college course work in a field related to services for individuals with developmental disabilities (or)
• Three (3) years’ of program experience working in organizations providing developmental disabilities services.
• Two (2) years’ managerial/supervisory experience in organizations providing developmental disabilities services, preferred.
