Space will be granted in the order your vendor application is received.
- Festival day is Saturday, October 9th 10am until 3pm located in Downtown Hope from Elm Street to Division Street. ROCtober Fest is an outdoor street festival and will proceed rain or shine!
- Booths must be ready at least 1/2 hour prior to the start of the festival. Booth location be sent in mid-September.
- Vendors are responsible for their own booth setup & supplies needed. Tents, tables, or chairs are not provided by the festival.
- It is recommended that tents be firmly secured in case of wind. The festival takes place on a paved surface which prohibits the anchoring any supports into the ground. You are prohibited from driving any nails or stakes into the pavement to anchor your tent.
